The project schedule can be developed in conjunction with the project design. We typically create the schedule using the critical path method. This identifies the shortest path to project completion. The schedule can be either resource or task driven. We clearly identify lead, lag and slack times in order to most efficiently shorten the schedule. Long lead-time items are identified, submittal approvals such as samples, mock-ups, product information, shop drawings, are identified and incorporated into the schedule. We work corroboratively with the Owner, Architect, Designer and Engineers, throughout the design process to create the most cost effective, and time sensitive schedule that completes the project while preserving the highest quality craftsmanship.
